1. Principles for children
- Prioritize children's interests, safety, dignity, and privacy over speed of content creation or engagement.
- Parents or guardians create accounts, choose features, provide data, and accompany children as they read or listen.
- Enter only minimal data: a name or nickname is usually enough; No need for school, address or family secrets.
- Don't design AI to diagnose, grade qualities, manipulate emotions, or replace caregivers.
2. What tasks does AI support?
AI can suggest story drafts, questions, illustrations and sounds; personalize names in content; and text-to-speech support. Content is published through an editorial process and may be edited when issues are identified.
AI does not understand each child's unique situation like parents do. The results may be inaccurate, repeat patterns, or create inappropriate details. Adults should review, interpret, and not use the results as the sole basis for health, psychological, or educational decisions.
3. Data enters the AI system
When using the content creation feature, necessary prompts such as name/biename, topic, expected age, and story request can be sent to the OpenAI-compatible service. Text to be read can be sent to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech. Voice and text samples can be sent to VietTTS-compatible when parents actively choose to duplicate the voice.
Do not enter your child's real photo, address, school, health status, document number, password, or personal information into the reminder. A fictional name or nickname is a safer choice while still serving a storytelling purpose.
4. Voice protection
Voice samples are highly identifiable. Only authorized and consenting adults may record or upload. Parents should not download the voices of children, celebrities, or anyone who does not understand that the voice will be used to create the narration.
Voice profiles are tied to the account owner and can be deleted using voice management. The created narrative file may remain in cache for some time to avoid repeated processing; Additional deletion support requests can be sent via email.
5. Editing, reporting and processing
We screen content for age, language, fear level, prejudice, risky behavior and potential privacy invasion. Reviewing reduces risk but does not guarantee detection of all errors.
If you encounter content that is scary, misleading, suggests dangerous behavior, stigmatizes, or reveals child information, parents should stop playing the content, save the link or story title, and send an email. We will consider hiding, editing or removing content appropriate to the level of risk.
6. Parental choice
- You can use the story archive without entering your real name; Skip content creation or voice cloning.
- You can edit and delete child profiles and voice profiles in your account; withdraw consent or submit a data request via email.
- Read with children, ask them how they feel, and remind them that characters, images, and voices can be created by computers.
