Stories teach children how to use devices and networks safely
Children now encounter screens before they can read, so number rules need to come sooner than we think — but in their own words. The stories in this group are not about the internet in the abstract, but about things children actually encounter: an invitation button to click, a great promise, a request for name and address.

Frequently asked questions
At what age should children talk about online safety?
As soon as your child starts tapping the screen on his own, usually around 3–4 years old. At this age, children do not understand the internet, but understand the rule "if you find it strange, ask an adult".
How to get your child to stop when viewing time is up?
Indicate the stopping point and show your child that point with something objective like a clock or the end of a story. Stopping then belongs to the rules, not to whether you are strict or not.
What happens if a child clicks on an ad or gives information?
Don't react harshly, because next time your child will hide it. Thank the child for telling the story, let's review what happened and agree on different steps for next time.
